The duration and price for shipping and delivery operations may vary depending on the customer’s order delivery address and the scheduling of orders with delivery representatives or shipping companies.
Please note that it is rare for a delay to occur beyond the stated time period for completing shipping and delivery operations, and this usually occurs during certain seasons such as holidays, National Day, and other similar seasons, or in the event of work pressure due to the high volume of order execution by delivery representatives and shipping companies in general.
- Delivery and shipping prices and estimated delivery time are subject to change, and the information will be shown to the customer before the purchase is made.
- Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment due to the delivery and shipping company or its representative or the customer is considered outside the responsibility of the Innovations Store.
- D-Box Store is not responsible for damage resulting from the delivery and shipping process, but D-Box Store will follow up on the necessary procedures with the shipping company in an effort to reach an appropriate solution.
- If the customer requests to return one or more products after receiving the order for a reason attributable to him, the customer shall bear the shipping cost for returning the orders after fulfilling the necessary requirements for that mentioned in the exchange and return policy .
- In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated postponement by the customer, or due to an error in the data in the shipping policy provided by the customer when completing the order, the customer will bear the shipping cost for that in the event that the order leaves the Innovations store with the delivery and shipping company.
- If the customer has received free shipping or delivery, this does not exempt the customer from bearing the costs resulting from return or exchange requests as stipulated in the terms of the delivery and shipping policy, or as stipulated in the terms of the exchange and return policy, and the decision in this regard is up to the D-Box store and as it deems appropriate.
- The D-Box store bears the shipping cost if the reason is a product error, a manufacturing defect, or due to a reason from the D-Box store. The product will be replaced or its value will be returned to the customer and the best solution will be taken as Mobtkarat deems appropriate after review and approval by the D-Box management.
