10 - For residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, write the full name in Arabic as it appears on the official ID (national ID, resident ID).
11 - All winners must have a valid ID when receiving the prize.
12 - Changing the account information of a person who participated in a competition that has not yet been drawn will deprive the person from winning it, even if he wins.
13 - If the winner’s name does not match the name on the official ID approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he will be disqualified and the draw will be repeated.
14 - If the winner’s name and mobile number do not match the data registered in the system (eCopon), he will be disqualified and the draw will be repeated.
15 - Reading the (Prize Receipt Card) created by the (eCopon) system by the company organizing the competition constitutes an acknowledgment by the winner of receiving the prize.
16 - Smart Link Information Technology Company Limited (eCopon) has the right to file a fraud lawsuit against persons who filled out the declaration form with incorrect data that does not match the official identity (national identity, resident identity).
17 - Entering the competition constitutes implicit acceptance of its terms and conditions.
18 - Smart Link Information Technology Company Limited (eCopon) is a company that operates the competition system only. It has no authority over the type or quantity of prizes, their delivery or replacement. Rather, this is done through the company or entity sponsoring or organizing the competition.
19 - Smart Link Information Technology Company Limited (eCopon) is a company operating the competition system only, and has no relation in the event that either party breaches any of the terms of receiving (the winner) or delivering (the establishment) the prize.
20 - Apple is not responsible for any of these competitions that are present in the eCopon system and application, and it has no relation in any way to these competitions.
